- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 15, 2020, by Dan AlbanI had a power failure in my Macbook. I took it in on a Friday afternoon for diagnosis and repair. I called twice on Monday to see if there was any updates and they had nothing. I had to call again on Tuesday to finally get the diagnosis of a failed logic board. It took another two days for repair (I had to call again to get the completion notice). I was disappointed. The quality of repair was fine. The customer service was not. Will take to Apple Store next time.
