Mike took the time to explain the process and educate us on his approach. The issue was bigger than we all originally realized and Mike kept following up until it was fully addressed. We can't thank him enough for the follow up and persistence. Additionally, he made several suggestions to do around the house that I will implement to reduce other potential issues from other potential pests. Mike is very personable and hard working. He is one of the few people i can completely recommend. Thanks!
